Strawberry Smoothie
- 8 cups Strawberries
- 1/2 cup your choice milk (skim, 2percent, whole, almond whatever you like)
- 1/2 cup your choice yogurt (Greek, Plain, Low Fat whatever variety you regularly use)
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 6 Cubes Ice
Directions: In a blender add all your ingredients except the ice. Next add your ice. Blend together and serve in your favorite cup or glass!

Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 cup your choice milk (skim, 2percent, whole, almond whatever you like)
- 2 frozen bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
Directions: Start by adding the liquid and powder ingredients to your blender. Next add your fruit. Blend together until creamy and serve in your favorite glass or cup.
