Dropps Review! BEST OF 2015 PRODUCT

With Sierra having so many allergies to everything from regular formula (she has to drink soy) to any type of scented product I had to go in search of a laundry product I liked that would be safe to use with her. Dropps met every area I wanted fast and easy to use, good for the environment and scent and dye free. The even have a formula especially for babies! I also love that you can buy online or at Wal-Mart. I was so excited to find that this wasn't an online only product as a lot of eco friendly/green products seem to be. Dropps is an almost perfect product which is why I had to include it in our newest and best of 2015 guide!

We tried the Dropps Baby Detergent Pacs first  they are scent, dye and enzyme free. They come in small pacs and large pacs and are available in packages of both 20 and 100. Since Sierra gets a lot of milk stains on her clothes I always used them in conjunction with Dropps Oxi Plus Stain Fighting Detergent Pacs, Free and Clear. The extra boost from the oxi plus stain fighting agents took all of the milk stains out of Sierra's clothes.

Since Dropps had worked so well I decided to experiment with a scented load because if you read my blog you know that on of my loves in life is good smells candles, lotion and especially laundry! To my surprise we tried the Dropps Laundry Detergent Pacs, Fresh Scent and I found that Sierra didn't break out at all. I didn't risk using it on her clothes but I did mine; but with all other brands we had tried she would break out when I held her just from being in contact with my clothes. I decided since the Dropps Laundry Detergent Pacs, Fresh Scent didn't bother her I would try the Dropps Scent Booster Pacs in Lavender. I love Lavender! I have been using only the Dropps line now for almost a month and Sierra has had no issue. Dropps also makes dishwasher pacs but sadly I have no dish washer and couldn't try them but I know they would be great.
The only problem I could find with Dropps is sometimes you may have to run a load through twice because the pacs don't bust the first time. This will only happen with large loads. It happened when I washed a comforter and I believe it is just due to the fact the water doesn't hit the pac due to having so much fabric in the load preventing water from getting to the pac. It's an easy simple fix add no extra and just run the load through again. Overall I am very pleased with Dropps performance and so is Sierra!

  1. This sounds like a great product for children and adults alike that have allergies.
