With Lollapalooza closely approaching, Country Crock and I thought it only appropriate to share easy summer recipes – inspired by festival headliners – with you so can whip up some tasty treats as you jam out to your favorite bands in preparation for one of this summer’s hottest music festivals (even if you can’t make it to Chicago this year):Dancing works up a sweat. Get the energy you need to make it from dawn ‘til dusk with snacks that you can munch on in-between acts: Shut up and Dip (Spicy Honey Roasted Wings)– A remix of “Shut up and Dance” by Walk the Moon – Forget all your worries with these tasty wings – perfect for dipping– and so good they’ll leave you speechless.
Spicy Honey-Roasted Wings

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
- 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce (like Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°. Spray bottom of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Cut tips off chicken wings (save tips for soup). Cut wings in half at joint.
- Arrange chicken in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and crisp.
- Meanwhile, combine melted Country Crock® Spread, hot pepper sauce, honey and salt in large bowl. Add cooked chicken wings; toss to coat.

Mind you I am not half as talented as the wonderful cooks Country Crock has but I made my own Spicy Honey Roasted Wings using Country Crock to get in the Lollapalooza spirit and they are amazing. I wanted to pick a recipe I thought would be easy for even the least experienced to make and also one that took few ingredients and would be cheap to make. Spicy Honey Roasted Wings are just the perfect summer treat. You could serve these as a tailgating appetizer, at a BBQ, summer party or any kind of get together.Wings are the universal food in my book; they are great for so many different occasions.Check out these other Lollapalooza inspired recipes and bake up your own Lollapalooza and Country Crock inspired goodness:
